These terms govern the text messages sent by Insito Health, Inc. under the name Resia to people who ask for a demo call at resia.ai. They apply to that programme only.
1. Who sends these messages
Insito Health, Inc. is the sender. We choose the wording, we decide when the messages go out, and we are responsible for them. No other business is involved.
Resia is also a platform that other businesses use to send their own calls and texts to their own contacts. Those messages are not covered here. In those, the business is the sender and we act as its service provider; our Privacy Policy explains that arrangement and who to contact about it.
2. How you join
You join in one place and one way: by entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box at resia.ai/sms-opt-in. The box is empty until you tick it. The wording beside it reads:
I agree to receive text messages from Resia about my demo call at the number I provided, including a message when the call starts and a follow-up afterwards. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. See our Messaging Terms (resia.ai/sms-terms) and Privacy Policy (resia.ai/privacy).
Ticking the box is optional in the fullest sense: the form submits without it. If you leave it empty we keep your details so that we can get in touch about a demo, and we send you no text messages at all. Agreeing is never a condition of anything you buy.
Asking for a demo call on our homepage does not sign you up for messages and never has. That form does not ask for permission to text you, and we do not text the numbers it collects. This page is the only place we collect that permission.
As soon as you sign up we send one message confirming it, so that a mistyped number is caught immediately:
Resia: You are now subscribed to Resia demo messages. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
3. What we send, and how often
One message when you sign up, and then two for each demo call you ask for:
- When you sign up. The confirmation quoted above.
- When the call starts. One message telling you the call is beginning and which number it comes from.
- After the call ends. One message with a link to book time with our founder.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier charges you for these messages under your own plan, and we cannot control or refund those charges.
4. How you stop them
Reply STOP to any message to stop them. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. You get one final message confirming you are out, and after that we send you nothing. Reply START to rejoin.
Reply HELP or INFO for help, or email support@resia.ai.
5. Carriers and delivery
We cannot guarantee that every message arrives. Mobile carriers may delay, filter, or block messages, and we are not liable to you for a message that a carrier does not deliver.
6. Your mobile information
We do not sell your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share the phone number you give us only with the vendors that carry the message for us, and only so that it can be delivered. Our Privacy Policy says more.
7. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page is when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here.
